Chinese Cookies
Chinese Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 32 marshmallows, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 pkg. caramel nuggets and 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt marshmallows and caramel nuggets in double boiler, then add peanut butter.
When all is melted, take from fire and add noodles.
Mix until noodles are covered, then drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.
