Chinese Chicken Wings

Remove wing tips.
Cut wings in half through joint.
In large bowl, stir soy sauce and rest of ingredients.
Add chicken.
Toss and coat well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Place wings in jelly roll pan.
Bake, uncovered, in 375Β° oven for 45 minutes. Brush twice with marinade.
