Chinese Chicken Casserole
Chinese Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked chicken, cut up, 1 pkg. fresh chop suey vegetables, 1 pkg. frozen italian green beans, 1 pkg. frozen chinese pea pods and 1 can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Bake 4 whole breasts until done.
In 3-quart casserole, layer 1/2 of each of vegetables and chestnuts.
Add soup (heat if it's to be frozen); add all the chicken in the middle.
Add remaining half of vegetables and chestnuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes plus, covered.
Uncover and top with onions and cheese.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce.
