Chinese Chews
Chinese Chews is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored and add sugar gradually.
Add the three dry ingredients which have been mixed together.
Add vanilla and fold in dates and nuts.
Fold in the 3 egg whites which have beaten stiff.
Bake in a (9 x 13-inch) pan at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut in squares when cool.
