Chinese Casserole
Chinese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage, 1 1/2 c. celery, 1/2 c. green pepper, 1 large onion and 1/2 c. regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown and drain sausage.
Save the grease and in that cook until tender the celery, green pepper and onion.
In large bowl, put rice and soup mix.
Add hot water.
Add celery and meat mixture and chow mein noodles.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
