Chinese Cabbage Casserole
Chinese Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped, 1 c. bell pepper, chopped, 1 c. onion, chopped (may use some green onions) and 1 can chinese vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil cabbage in small amount of salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
Saute all vegetables, except cabbage, in butter.
Butter a baking dish and layer cabbage and then vegetables until all are used.
