Chinese Beef-n-Rice
Chinese Beef-N-Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. uncooked (regular) rice, 1/4 c. oil, 1 tbsp. salt, 3 c. boiling water and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large skillet cook and stir rice in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Add salt, water, bouillon cubes and soy sauce. Cover tightly; simmer 20 minutes.
Stir in onions, celery, green peppers and meat.
Cover tightly; simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice tender.
