Chinese Beef Casserole
Chinese Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 c. minute rice (uncooked), 2 cans cream of celery soup and 1 1/2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown beef; drain grease.
Mix all other ingredients with beef except noodles.
Put in casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°. Take out and top with noodles.
