Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain fat.

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Place half the chilies on bottom of a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

Top with meat mixture; arrange the remaining green chilies on top.

Combine eggs, milk, flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Blend until smooth.

Pour over chilies.

Top with shredded cheese.

Bake in a 350Β° oven (preheated) for 45 minutes, or until cheese is browned and a knife inserted into the dish comes out clean.

Serve with taco sauce.
