Chili with Rice
Chili With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix, 2 c. water and 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook and stir meat, pepper and seasonings.
Mix in large skillet on medium-high heat until meat is browned.
Stir in water, beans and tomato sauce.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in corn. Return to boil.
Stir in rice; cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream and salsa.
