Chili - Wanda's Way
Chili - Wanda'S Way is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef (chili grind or chuck), 2 c. dry pinto beans, 1 onion (medium to large), 1/2 c. bell pepper or more to taste* and 1 1/2 tsp. cumin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Soak and cook pinto beans until done, 3 to 4 hours.
Brown chili grind or chuck (chili grind is better, or buy a roast and have them run it through the coarse grinder).
Brown until the red is gone.
Drain fat.
Saute onion and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes.
Drain.
