Chili Squash
Chili Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 acorn squash or any squash, 1 (15 oz.) can dennison's chili with beans, chopped onions and grated cheese (sharp is my favorite), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut the squash and set up in a pan.
You may need to slice a little off the bottom to keep it from rolling. Bake at 300Β° tender
(you may add a little water while cooking to keep squash moist).
Divide chili into each squash and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Back into oven until cheese is melted. Add chopped onions, if desired.
