Chili Sausage Bake
Chili Sausage Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. biscuit baking mix, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1 c. milk, 2 lb. pork sausage (hot or mild) and 1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped green chili, toasted and peeled or canned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut margarine or butter into baking mix; refrigerate 30 minutes.
Mix sausage and green chili; let stand to room temperature.
Divide dough in 1/2; roll each piece to a large rectangle 1/4-inch thick.
Spread meat chili mixture over dough; roll up as a jelly roll.
Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove from freezer and slice to 1/3 inch thickness.
Freeze until ready to use.
Remove from freezer and place on baking sheet.
Bake in 400Β° oven for 20 minutes.
