Chili Rellenos Casserole
Chili Rellenos Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans ortega chilies, 1 1/2 lb. jack cheese, grated, 2 1/2 c. milk, 1 tsp. salt and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with nonstick coating.
Spread chilies in bottom of dish.
Cover chilies with cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients in blender until well blended. Pour mixture over chilies and cheese.
Bake 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
Serves 6 to 8.
Also good cold, cut into 1-inch squares for hors d'oeuvres.
