Chili Pasta Grande
Chili Pasta Grande is an moderately easy dinner. Made with mazola (no stick spray), 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (14 oz.) can italian stewed tomatoes, 1 (10 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained and 1 pickled jalapeño pepper, chopped (about 1 tbsp.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Generously spray large skillet with cooking spray.
Heat over medium heat.
Add onion.
Cook stirring constantly 2 minutes.
Add undrained tomatoes, kidney beans, jalapeño pepper, chili powder and cumin.
Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Toss with elbows.
Serve with sour cream and cilantro.
Makes 4 servings.
