Chili Loaf
Chili Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. jack cheese, shredded, 1/2 lb. longhorn cheese, shredded, 1 or 2 (7 oz.) cans chilies, cut into strips, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all the ingredients; bake, uncovered, in a casserole, 8 x 8.
Set oven at 350Β° and bake until consistency of custard. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan and triple for 12-inch round.
