Chili Cheese Dip
Chili Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 or 2 jalapeño peppers, sliced, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated and 1/2 c. monterey jack cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a 9 x 9-inch dish or similar, spread cream cheese on bottom; smooth to cover pan.
Place sliced peppers on cream cheese and press down.
Pour chili over cheese and peppers.
Sprinkle other cheeses over top.
Cook 20 minutes at 350°.
Serve with your favorite corn chips.
