Chili Beans
Chili Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 medium onion, chopped and about 1/2 c. sugar to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown in skillet ground beef.
Add salt and pepper to taste, chili powder, onion, sugar, ground cloves and tomato juice.
Mix well and add red kidney beans and pinto beans.
Simmer about 20 minutes and serve.
