Chili and Egg Casserole
Chili And Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. jack cheese, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese, 1 (7 oz.) can ortega chilies, diced, 1 pt. half and half and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grate cheeses; sprinkle Jack cheese in bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle chilies on top.
Add Cheddar cheese.
Beat 2 eggs and flour.
Add half and half; beat again.
Pour all over cheese mixture in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes (it should be brown on top).
Great for showers or a lot to feed for breakfast!!
