Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 large chopped yellow onion, 1 large chopped green bell pepper, 4 cloves crushed garlic and 1 tbsp. cumin seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
Place in large pot, add cumin seed, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, wine and some salt and pepper.
Simmer all for 45 minutes.
Add red kidney beans and simmer 15 minutes more.
