Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chopped hamburg or turkey, chopped onions (frozen or fresh), 1 (12 oz.) jar medium salsa, 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 large can crushed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a Dutch oven pot, saute onions (1/2 bag).
Once cooked, add meat or turkey.
When meat is cooked, drain grease from pan.
Add sauce, crushed tomatoes and salsa.
Mix in 3 tablespoons of chili powder (more, if desired).
Sprinkle in garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer on low for 1/2 to 1 hour.
Can be frozen and reheated at will.
If you cook less meat, then omit the can of sauce.
