Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 5 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. salad oil, water (to cover), 4 medium onions, chopped and 1/3 to 1/2 c. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef in salad oil in heavy pan.
Add water.
Add remaining ingredients (except tomato juice).
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours, stirring frequently.
If additional liquid is needed, add tomato juice.
Serve hot with crackers. Yield
15 to 18 servings.
