Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large onion, chopped fine, 3 sticks celery, chopped, 3 pounds of hamburger, 1 large tomato, diced and 1 can tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large soup pot put onion, celery, and hamburger.
Fry together until hamburger is lightly browned.
Add a large diced tomato, tomato soup, salt, chili powder, sage, pepper and water.
Heat for 2 hours, then add red kidney beans.
Adjust salt to taste.
Cayenne pepper can be added for a bit more "bite".
