Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 1/2 tbsp. garlic, finely minced, 1 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oil in skillet; add onion and green pepper.
Cook until wilted.
Add meat and, using edge of a heavy kitchen spoon, stir and chop meat to break up any lumps.
Sprinkle meat with garlic, chili powder, cumin and oregano.
Stir to blend.
Add bay leaf, pepper, tomatoes, vinegar and crushed hot pepper.
Bring to boil and cook for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
