Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 can stewed tomatoes and 2 small cans tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown hamburger in large pan.
Drain.
Chop and fry onion in butter.
Add to hamburger.
Add stewed tomatoes (blended in blender), tomato sauce, chili powder, sugar, seasoning salt, salt and pepper and water.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
