Chili
Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 green pepper, chopped and 1 lb. ground turkey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a large pot, heat oil and add onion, garlic and peppers. Saute until onion is tender and add meats.
Cook through.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauces and beans.
Add remaining ingredients and lower heat to simmer for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
Serve over elbow macaroni or noodles.
