Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained, 1 large can tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) can v-8 juice, 1/4 c. chili powder and 1 large onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown ground beef; drain grease.
Add onions and cook about 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, tomato juice, chili powder, beans, potatoes and garlic.
Cook covered about 2 hours.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
