Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. cooking oil, 2 medium onions, chopped fine, 2 lb. ground beef (chuck roast), 2 cans condensed tomato soup and 1 soup can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put enough cooking oil in pan to cook onions.
Fry them until tender.
Add ground beef to onions and cook meat until it is done, stirring continuously.
Drain excess fat off of onions and meat. Add all other ingredients, stirring continuously, until it begins to boil.
Lower heat; cover and let simmer about 5 minutes.
