Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey, 1 can red beans, 1 onion (chopped fine), 1 qt. tomato juice and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown beef with onion, salt to taste.
Mix together beans, tomato juice, water, and spices.
Add drained beef to rest of ingredients.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add corn starch mixed with water.
Cook until desired thickness.
Add spaghetti or macaroni.
