Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 clove garlic, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes with juice, 1 large onion, cut in pieces and 1 large green pepper, cut in pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use food processor and finely chop the clove of garlic.
Brown garlic with ground beef.
Put tomatoes, onion and green pepper in blender; blend well.
Onions and green pepper will be larger pieces, so don't blend too much.
Add to meat in skillet.
Add tomato paste and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook 1 hour.
Add kidney beans; heat through.
Serve with oyster crackers or crusty French bread.
