Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 green pepper, diced small, onion and 2 cans kidney beans, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry bacon and crumble.
Fry green pepper and onion until tender, but not burned.
Fry hamburger.
While you are frying the meat, put rest of the ingredients in a large kettle.
When everything is fried, mix it all together in the kettle and bring to a boil.
Cut heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
