Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. very lean ground meat, 1 onion, finely chopped, 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 1/2 to 3/4 bell pepper, chopped and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In Dutch oven, brown ground meat.
Add chopped onion, garlic and green pepper; cook with meat until tender.
Add seasonings, tomato sauce and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
Cook mixture over medium heat about 15 minutes; stir as needed.
Add flour and water mixture. Stir often to prevent sticking or burning.
Cook 15 or 20 minutes. Add a little water, if needed.
Add beans; mix and heat thoroughly.
