Spread each of bread with butter.
Cut up in an 11 x 7
2-inch baking
Cheddar and Jack cheese. Sprinkle with chilies.
Beat eggs until frothy.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing egg mixture over casserole. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 4 hours. Uncover and bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
