Chile Relleno Bake

Made with 1 1/2 c. shredded jack cheese, 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 (7 oz.) can whole green chiles, 2 (5 1/3 oz.) cans evaporated milk and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cheeses; spread half on bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan. Split open chiles and place over cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Gradually add milk to flour.
Blend well.
Add eggs.
Mix well.
Pour over top.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
