Chile-Noodle Bake
Chile-Noodle Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, cooked and drained, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 medium onion, chopped fine, 2 c. sour cream and 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Margarine until tender.
Remove from heat and sour cream, cottage cheese, chile, grated cheese (save salt and garlic powder.
Stir until well blended.
Lightly toss noodles into mixture until noodles are well coated.
Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Remaining cheese to top.
Cook, covered, for moist top, uncovered for crisp top.
Serves 6 to 8.
