Chile Egg Casserole
Chile Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. unsifted flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except chilies.
Fold in chilies.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Serve hot. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
You may substitute bacon with breakfast sausage or smokey links that have been cooked and cut into bite size pieces.
