Chile Con Carne
Chile Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 to 2 lb. chopped beef or pork, 4 ripe tomatoes, thai (small) red peppers (hot), to taste, 1 clove garlic and vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook meat in deep frying with enough water (4 cups) to cover meat until well cooked.
Meanwhile, blend garlic, tomatoes and peppers together.
Once meat is well cooked, drain out all the extra juices.
Add oil to pan and fry meat, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned.
Add the blended sauce and salt to taste. You could also add 2 tablespoons of El Pato sauce.
