Chile-Cheese Squares
Chile-Cheese Squares is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot pepper cheese, grated, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained and 6 eggs, beaten well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together the cheeses.
Sprinkle half of the cheeses into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Layer the green chilies over the cheese.
Top with remaining cheese.
Pour beaten eggs over the top and bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
Let stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.
Can be served at room temperature.
