Chile Cheese Casserole
Chile Cheese Casserole is an easy dinner you can prepare in just 34 minutes. Made with eggs, beaten well, c. grated cheddar cheese, c. grated monterey jack cheese, (7 oz.) can ortega whole green chilies and of garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat eggs; add salt and pepper to taste and a pinch of garlic. Open chilies and clean seeds from them.
Spread in the bottom of well buttered 8 x 8-inch Pyrex baking dish, alternating cheese and chilies in layers.
Pour eggs over and bake 40 minutes at 350Β°. Cut into one-inch squares or smaller.
