Chile is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes, 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, 1 lb. hamburg, 1 medium onion and 1 large pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown hamburg; drain.
Add chopped onions and pepper.
Saute for a few more minutes to cook onions and pepper.
Add chili powder.
Add can of tomatoes to heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. Add kidney beans last and heat, stirring gently.
Serve with cheese sprinkled on top and Doritos served on side of plate.
