Chilaquiles
Chilaquiles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa, 1 c. salsa verde, 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro, 10 (6-inch) tortillas, cut in 1 x 2-inch pieces and 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine salsa, salsa verde and cilantro.
Mix well. Spread 1/2 cup salsa mixture in the bottom of greased baking dish. Layer half of tortillas, beans, chicken, remaining salsa mixture and cheese in baking dish.
Repeat layering.
