Chiffon Cream Pie
Chiffon Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. royal vanilla pudding and pie mix, 1 egg yolk, 2 c. milk, 1 egg white and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg white in a fairly large bowl until foamy.
Add the sugar, a little at a time, while beating to form a meringue.
Set aside.
Mix egg yolk into pie mix very carefully until no lumps can be seen.
Stirring constantly, add milk and cook on medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Fold into meringue and let cool.
Pour onto a baked and cooled pie shell. Mixture thickens as it cools.
