Chiffon Cake
Chiffon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
In another bowl, mix all other ingredients, then fold into egg white mixture very gently.
Place mixture into ungreased angel food pan and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
When done, invert pan on funnel until cool.
Very good with canned fruit or berries and whipped cream.
