Chicken Zings
Chicken Zings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 to 25 chicken fryer wings, 1 c. water, 1 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. pineapple juice and 1/4 c. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Break apart chicken wings on first and second joints. (Discard tips or cook with onion, salt and celery for chicken broth.)
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in large, shallow dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, on a flat cookie sheet, 10 x 15 x 1-inch, at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until tender and brown.
