Chicken Yum-Yum

Salt and pepper chicken.
Roll in flour.
Melt butter in 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish in a 350° oven.
Place floured chicken in Pyrex dish.
Cook at 350° for 30 minutes, turning chicken after 15 minutes.
Mix soup with 1 can of water and pour over chicken. Cover and cook 45 minutes at 325°.
