Chicken water, sherry, salt, onion, celery and curry powder

Cool and debone.
Cook rice using water from chicken.
Saute mushrooms in 1/4 cup butter. Mix soup, sour cream, chicken and rice together.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Garnish with whole mushrooms. This is a great buffet dish and always a big hit.
