Chicken with Rice
Chicken With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 tsp. instant onion, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) mushroom soup, 3 chicken breasts, cut in half or 1 whole chicken, cut up and 1 c. regular rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Stir in rice, onion flakes, salt, soup and water.
Place chicken breasts over top of mixture.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
