Combine 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper; toss to coat chicken.
In a skillet cook chicken in oil until tender.
Remove chicken, add onion, peppers, jalapeño, garlic, flour and chicken broth to make a thick paste.

Add milk, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
Add chicken and cook until well blended. Stir in cheese and cook until melted.
