Chicken with Lemon
Chicken With Lemon is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 8 pieces chicken, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. oil and 2 onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Salt and pepper chicken as desired.
Dredge chicken in flour. Heat oil and butter and brown chicken.
Remove.
In remaining fat, cook onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent.
Add 3 tablespoons of remaining flour and seasonings.
Combine liquid ingredients and add to contents of casserole.
Over high heat, cook, stirring, until sauce thickens.
Replace chicken. Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
