Chicken with Creamy Rice Casserole
Chicken With Creamy Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice (not instant), 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 packet lipton onion soup and whole chicken, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Pour rice in baking pan (uncooked) to cover bottom at least 1/8 inch.
Dot rice with one of the cans of cream of mushroom soup.
Lay chicken pieces on top.
Mix last can with can of water; blend smooth.
Pour over all.
Place in oven at 350Β°.
Check water periodically (add if needed).
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Needs a little attention.
Great for big groups.
